

Property Re-mortgage If you have chosen us to be your Solicitors, we will send you out a letter explaining the costs involved and ask you for any relevant information we might need. We will also send you a letter of authority for you to sign so that we can take up your Title Deeds from your bank or building society. Once your new Bank/Building Society has formally approved your loan in writing, we will arrange to go through your new mortgage and all the conditions attached. If you are happy with the conditions etc., we will arrange for you to sign the mortgage documents. Please contact us for more details
We will then obtain redemption figures being the amount required to redeem you existing mortgage. At this stage the loan cheque is received. Your old loan(s) is/are paid off from the loan cheque.
We will arrange to register your new mortgage and account to you with a detailed note of our fees, VAT and outlays and a statement of the incomings and outgoings that occurred during your re-mortgage.
