We will also send you out a letter of authority for you to sign and return to us so that we can take up your Title deeds. Please contact us for more details
We will then go through the relevant legal steps needed to sell your house including issuing contracts, answering requisitions (questions raised by the Purchaser's Solicitors regarding the Title), closing the sale and redeeming (paying off) your mortgage from the sale proceeds.
We will account to you from the sale proceeds, if any, as quickly as possible following completion of sale. We will also provide you with a detailed note of our fees, VAT and outlays and statement of the incomings and outgoing that occurred during your sale.
